I guess the faded photograph look is a bit outdated, but i thought it kinda looked like some 70s concrete atrocity so it kinda fits.

Loosely based on another rendering i saw online but the only similarities left are the floor lamps and partially the colour scheme so i guess thats fine. Because of course its name is only a string of numbers and i dont remember who did the original. :P
